During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was near key attractions and the value was great. the hotel had a warm and inviting feel to it.

I thought the staff could use some training on how to better welcome guests. A lack of welcome backs and thank you's made me feel less appreciated as a guest.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of amenities available for guests to enjoy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the location was perfect--just minutes away from downtown and easily accessible by transportation. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, leaving us feeling comfortable and relaxed in our own space.

Spent Christmas at a hotel downtown and the location was perfect! The hotel had a great value and we felt welcome upon check-in. The room was cozy with a complimentary breakfast included. We were able to explore the city on foot, everything was within walking distance. The hotel also had a nice bar that offered nightly entertainment, a great bonus.

The staff could use some additional training to make guests feel more at home. It seemed like they were just going through the motions without adding any personal touches.

We recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in downtown. Located only a short walk away from the vibrant city center, the value for money was unbeatable. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. While the food presentation could have been better, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of offerings. The location was definitely the highlight, allowing us to explore the city and its attractions with ease. Unfortunately, some staff members lacked the necessary training to truly make guests feel welcome.
